1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the baut88 website accessible at https://baut88.cam, including all subpages, services, games, betting markets, and features made available thereon.
• "We", "Us", "Our", "baut88" refers to the operating entity behind the baut88 Platform, its licensors, affiliates, and authorized representatives.

2 Eligibility

Use of the baut88 Platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements. You represent and warrant that:

• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) active Account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds. If you suspect a duplicate account has been created in your name, contact our support team immediately.

3.2 Accurate Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID), date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and preferred payment details. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. baut88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify our support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account.

3.4 Account Suspension and Closure

baut88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, abuse of Bonuses, violation of these Terms, or where continued operation would expose baut88 to regulatory or reputational risk. In such cases, legitimate real-money balances (excluding Bonus funds) will be returned to the verified payment method on file.

4 KYC & Identity Verification

baut88 is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, all Members are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before their first withdrawal is processed.

4.1 Required Documents

• National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk): A clear photograph or scan of your valid Indonesian national ID, showing full name, date of birth, and ID number.
• Selfie Verification: A current photograph of you holding your KTP alongside a handwritten note bearing today's date and the text "baut88".

4.2 Processing Time

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All Bonuses, promotions, and special offers made available on the baut88 Platform are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general Bonus terms. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

New Members who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the baut88 Welcome Bonus — a 100% deposit match up to Rp 2.000.000. The Wagering Requirement for the Welcome Bonus is 30 times (30x) the bonus amount. The bonus is valid for 14 days from the date of credit, after which any unused Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility Restrictions

• Each Member is entitled to claim the Welcome Bonus once only. Attempts to claim the Welcome Bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts will result in permanent account closure.
• Bonuses are void where prohibited by applicable local law or baut88's internal risk policies.
• baut88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, except where doing so would prejudice a Member's legitimate in-progress wagering toward an existing Wagering Requirement.

7 Betting & Game Rules

7.1 Accepted Bets

All bets and game wagers placed on the baut88 Platform are final once confirmed. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any bet — including event, market, stake amount, and odds — before confirming. baut88 will not reverse confirmed bets on the basis of player error.

7.2 Sports Betting

7.3 Togel Rules

Disputes relat ing to draw outcomes will be resolved by reference to the official published result. baut88 reserves the right to void any togel bet where the reference draw is cancelled, postponed indefinitely, or where a technical error has affected the integrity of the result.

7.4 Live Casino Rules

7.5 Void and Cancelled Events

If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum required game time has elapsed, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to Member Accounts within 24 hours of the official result being confirmed. For events rescheduled within 48 hours, baut88 may at its discretion carry the original bet forward to the rescheduled fixture.

• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate game or event outcomes.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the baut88 Platform — including but not limited to the baut88 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, game interfaces, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of baut88 or its licensed content providers. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of baut88.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is used on the Platform under valid licensing agreements.

11 Limitation of Liability

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules.
